About Me

I am a Pharmacy and Computer Science undergraduate at Wuhan University. My research lies at the intersection of computational biology, synthetic biology, and natural-product discovery. I work on large-scale viral functional genomics, AI-guided enzyme discovery, and auditable AI systems for biological simulation. I also have hands-on experience in fungal co-culture, chromatographic purification, and metabolite characterization.

I am especially interested in computational methods that do more than produce predictions: methods that make biological assumptions explicit, prioritize experimentally testable candidates, and support reproducible scientific workflows. Across projects, I combine large-scale biological data, protein and genome representations, machine learning, and mechanistic reasoning to turn complex biological questions into actionable hypotheses.
